ITOH Black Husked Rice Vinegar

Traditionally fermented from unpolished rice, Moromi is an extract naturally formed at the bottom of the barrel after Kurozu vinegar is made. It contains a high amount of amino acid, citric acid, minerals, and nutrients. It is a health drink popular for weight loss among Japanese for years.
