Q: What is the delivery charge?
A: Enjoy Free Delivery for orders placed above $40. For orders placed below $40, a $4 delivery free will be charged.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Orders are delivered within 5 working days. Please allow ample time for orders to arrive.
Q: What are the delivery timings?
A: The delivery time frame is from 9am to 5:30pm, Mondays to Fridays and there will be no delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. However, special delivery request may be arranged for orders above $150. Please contact Ascenshoppe team to schedule.
